01

Define the product purchase

A dairy wastewater quotation needs more than a plant flow and a request for stronger floc. Milk losses, fats and cleaning-in-place events can create different treatment conditions. Define which particulate or emulsified fraction the chemical separation stage is intended to capture.

Identify the stream, separator and unresolved limitation before selecting a trial grade. Preserve the proposed commercial code so laboratory work and purchasing refer to the same material.

02

Map wastewater events

Describe production losses, washdown and relevant CIP returns with timing, pH, temperature and available solids or fat data. Record the equalization behavior and any segregated streams.

Do not assume that a blended average represents a short alkaline or acidic event reaching the dosing point.

03

Compare within a stable chemical sequence

Establish feasible primary coagulation and pH conditions, then bracket PAM grades under matched active dosing. Use a flotation-relevant test when the installed unit is DAF.

The bench test record identifies the controlled variables; bubble contact and skimming still need appropriate confirmation.

04

Protect the downstream treatment scope

Measure the agreed separation target and float handling, and review relevant biological-stage consequences. Distinguish particulate-associated load removal from dissolved lactose or other soluble organics.

Do not accept a polymer-only guarantee for complete COD compliance. Product choice remains part of an approved treatment train and site-specific operating plan.

05

Resolve a conflicting result

A candidate working on a production-loss sample may fail during a poorly equalized cleaning pulse. Keep both states in the trial or explicitly limit the proposed supply approval.

Retain the reference condition and repeat the comparison where sampling or instrument variability obscures the difference. Report what remains untested rather than extending one favorable response to the entire plant.

Keep preparation, calibrated active delivery, feed condition and output measurements together. Record rejected conditions as well as the accepted range so a later delivery can be assessed against a reproducible reference.

07

Request an application-matched offer

Send stream timing, equalization data, primary chemistry, DAF results and biological-stage constraints. Request a scoped sample recommendation rather than an unsupported universal dairy grade.

Use the wastewater PAM sample and quotation form and review product documents and delivery controls with Gongyi Xinqi Polymer Co., Ltd.. Confirm offered grades, commercial terms and any required approvals before ordering.
