Describe the stream
Include wastewater source, flow, pH, TSS or feed solids, conductivity and relevant oil, color or biological indicators.
Report normal and upset ranges rather than one isolated average.
Describe the chemical sequence
List pH adjustment, coagulants, current PAM and addition order with active dose when known.
Include mixing and transfer conditions that can change the result.
Describe the separator
Name the DAF, clarifier, belt press, centrifuge, screw press or other unit and provide current operating evidence.
State treated-water, capture, cake, throughput or float-handling targets.
Define supply needs
Add coded sample needs, trial timing, monthly quantity, packing, destination and document requirements.
Technical sales can then propose a bounded screening and quotation path.
