01

Define the product purchase

A metal-finishing wastewater polymer should be specified after the metal-removal chemistry is understood. PAM may help separate formed particles; it does not guarantee precipitation or remove every dissolved metal complex. Keep dissolved and suspended measurements distinct in supplier acceptance.

Identify the stream, separator and unresolved limitation before selecting a trial grade. Preserve the proposed commercial code so laboratory work and purchasing refer to the same material.

02

Verify the precipitation context

Record contributing processes, pH treatment, coagulants, known complexants and current analytical results. Identify where samples are taken relative to reaction and separation.

Changes in dissolved-metal chemistry cannot be diagnosed from a clear supernatant photograph alone. Site treatment and compliance review remain necessary.

03

Screen capture of actual precipitates

Use representative reacted wastewater and reproduce primary mixing before comparing coded polymer profiles. Measure fine carryover, settling or flotation and relevant shear effects.

The anionic clarification profile provides one possible trial route; include other justified candidates when the particle matrix requires them.

04

Include sludge and liquid destinations

Confirm sludge withdrawal, dewatering and the handling constraints applicable to the separated material. Keep the analytical method and sample preparation consistent when judging liquid results.

An attractive polymer dose cannot waive discharge or waste-management requirements. Approve only the demonstrated separation contribution within the actual treatment train.

05

Resolve a conflicting result

If total metal improves while the dissolved fraction remains above the plant target, stronger floc may not resolve the remaining issue. Review reaction chemistry separately before changing the polymer supply specification.

Retain the reference condition and repeat the comparison where sampling or instrument variability obscures the difference. Report what remains untested rather than extending one favorable response to the entire plant.

Keep preparation, calibrated active delivery, feed condition and output measurements together. Record rejected conditions as well as the accepted range so a later delivery can be assessed against a reproducible reference.

07

Request an application-matched offer

Send process sources, precipitation records, analytical fractions, separator and sludge data. Request a bounded sample comparison with no unsupported dissolved-metal removal guarantee.

Use the wastewater PAM sample and quotation form and review product documents and delivery controls with Gongyi Xinqi Polymer Co., Ltd.. Confirm offered grades, commercial terms and any required approvals before ordering.
