Define the product purchase
A replacement proposal is not technically equivalent simply because it uses the same ionic label. Preserve the incumbent operating record and identify why change is needed: availability, cost or a process limitation. Compare the candidate inside the same treatment duty rather than relying on a descriptive cross-reference.
Identify the stream, separator and unresolved limitation before selecting a trial grade. Preserve the proposed commercial code so laboratory work and purchasing refer to the same material.
Reconstruct the reference program
Record product code, active basis, preparation, feed condition, calibrated dose and accepted outputs. Note current mechanical or sampling faults separately so they are not assigned to the replacement grade.
The fault-isolation record helps distinguish an inconsistent system from an unsuitable polymer.
Control the side-by-side screen
Test the incumbent and candidates on matched material with appropriate preparation. Compare full dose response, shear, water quality and solids handling. Carry leading candidates into the relevant separator rather than accepting a single visually clear jar.
Report preparation differences as real operating requirements. A candidate needing unavailable aging capacity has not passed the existing installation.
Limit the first production commitment
Connect the accepted sample to the commercial code and shipment lot. Plan stock segregation, cleaning or changeover, observation delay and recovery to the reference condition. Set the authority to stop and release the trial.
Do not blend old and new products as an uncontrolled bridge or allow a delivery deadline to substitute for a completed approval.
Resolve a conflicting result
If the replacement reduces dose but narrows the usable range enough to destabilize routine shifts, review controllability as well as average chemical expense. A sharp laboratory optimum may be a poor plant purchase.
Retain the reference condition and repeat the comparison where sampling or instrument variability obscures the difference. Report what remains untested rather than extending one favorable response to the entire plant.
Set the release evidence
| Acceptance check | Evidence | Purchase decision |
|---|---|---|
| Reference | Incumbent and calibrated baseline | Comparison credible |
| Candidate | Matched feed and output range | Claim tested |
| Order | Code, lot and recovery plan | Substitution controlled |
Keep preparation, calibrated active delivery, feed condition and output measurements together. Record rejected conditions as well as the accepted range so a later delivery can be assessed against a reproducible reference.
Request an application-matched offer
Send incumbent information, the replacement reason, preparation constraints and accepted plant results. Request a coded alternative with a bounded qualification and a traceable first-delivery plan.
Use the wastewater PAM sample and quotation form and review product documents and delivery controls with Gongyi Xinqi Polymer Co., Ltd.. Confirm offered grades, commercial terms and any required approvals before ordering.
